Pizza nights in wine country

The cover story of this month's Oregon Wine Press discusses the love affair for Oregon Wine Country has with woodfired pizza. As editor Hillary Berg said, "There's a pizza for everong. Seriously, what's not to love?"

The feature article included a mix of Oregon wineries, including Yamhill Valley spots Lachini Vineyards and Left Coast Cellars. But that's just a small sampling of places to dine on pizza while you sip on Pinot.

This gallery is of a monthly pizza night at Coeur de Terre. The McMinnville vineyard has been hosting pizza and music parties all summer, and has another scheduled tonight, featuring local band of youngsters, Limits of Jupiter. Not a bad way to spend a Friday evening.
